At SoLoud Seeds, we take great care in packaging every order to help ensure it arrives safely and discreetly. Orders are typically processed and shipped within one business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders.
- Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping method and destination.
- Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
- Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, transit times and delivery are outside of SoLoud Seeds' control.
🌎 International Shipping
- Free international shipping is available on qualifying orders.
- Most international orders arrive within 7–21+ business days; however, customs processing and local postal services may result in longer delivery times.
- Customers are solely responsible for complying with the import laws, regulations, duties, taxes, fees, licensing requirements, and customs requirements of their destination country.
- Customs inspections, customs delays, import restrictions, carrier delays, confiscations, and delivery timeframes are outside of SoLoud Seeds' control and cannot be guaranteed.
📦 Shipping Risk
By placing an order with SoLoud Seeds, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing and requesting shipment at your own sole discretion and voluntarily assume the risks associated with shipping.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, SoLoud Seeds cannot control carrier performance, transit times, weather delays, customs processing, or other events outside of our control.

Seed germination depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including storage conditions, handling, growing environment, cultivation methods, and user technique.
For the best possible germination results, we strongly recommend following our proven step-by-step germination method.

🛠 Refunds & Resolution Policy
All seed sales are final.
SoLoud Seeds does not provide refunds for:
- Shipping delays
- Carrier delays
- Lost or misdirected shipments
- Customs delays
- Customs inspections or seizures
- Damage occurring after shipment
- Germination-related claims
If SoLoud Seeds determines that a shipping or germination issue qualifies for assistance, any remedy will be determined solely at the discretion of SoLoud Seeds.
At our sole discretion, we may:
- Replace the value of the order with comparable SoLoud Genetics branded products.
- Allow reasonable time to work directly with the original breeder regarding a product or germination concern.
- Offer another remedy that we determine to be appropriate.
Third-Party Breeder Products:
Purchases containing products from other breeders are made at the customer's own risk. Replacement or reimbursement of third-party breeder products is not guaranteed.
🤝 Customer Resolution Process
Customers agree to contact SoLoud Seeds and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concern through the resolution process described above before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
For certain orders, SoLoud Seeds may request written confirmation of these terms before shipment. Orders may be canceled prior to shipment if such confirmation is not received.
