Our Germination Guarantee is fulfilled through replacement or another remedy determined solely by SoLoud Seeds. It is not a money-back guarantee, and we do not provide refunds for germination-related claims.

If you experience a qualifying germination issue, simply contact us and provide any information we reasonably request so we can evaluate your claim.

📋 Germination Claim Requirements

Germination issues must be reported within four (4) months of delivery. To remain eligible for our Germination Guarantee, seeds should be stored in a cool, dark, and dry environment until germination is attempted. Improper storage, excessive heat, moisture, contamination, physical damage, or improper germination methods may affect seed viability and may void eligibility.

To evaluate a germination claim, customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase.
  • Clear photos of the seeds and the attempted germination process.
  • A description of the germination method used, including soak time (if applicable), temperature, growing medium or paper towel method, and the approximate germination timeline.

We may request additional photos or information to help evaluate the claim. Claims without sufficient documentation or evidence of proper storage and germination may be denied. All germination claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any replacement or other remedy is provided solely at the discretion of SoLoud Seeds.

If your claim qualifies, SoLoud Seeds may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the affected seeds with comparable SoLoud Genetics branded products.
  • Contact the original breeder on your behalf regarding the claim.
  • Direct you to work with the original breeder when appropriate.
  • Provide another remedy that we determine to be appropriate under the circumstances.

Customers agree to allow SoLoud Seeds a reasonable opportunity to resolve any qualifying germination concern through the remedies described above before initiating a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with a bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
